Life’s Changes

During my life, I have been fortunate to meet some ‘Earth Angels.’

Often people come into our lives for a reason, but whether or not they stay there, is another thing. We all have to learn lessons in life that will help us on our spiritual path. Some times life can be very difficult, if you meet some one that takes a lot from you then leaves you without a thank you or goodbye, treat it as a learning curve. I recently had an experience that was similar.

This person had bought one of my books then contacted my publisher for my contact details. She asked me if I could help her write a book to which I replied, “Yes, of course.” We chatted by e-mail and soon work on her book commenced. Things were going really well and a friendship blossomed. It was through an innocent conversation that I mentioned that I give angel messages, that she sent me an e-mail saying that she was severing all ties with immediate effect, as she could not be my friend any longer. When I asked what the problem was, she said that talking to angels was bad and as she was a Christian, she could not condone this.

I did feel annoyed and told her if she had a direct line to God, she should give him a call and ask his guidance. OK this was not a spiritual reply, but I am learning, we all are. I am a Christian and I believe in God, but I cannot say Angels are evil beings, because they are not.

I am sure I was meant to meet this person for a reason, and now I have fulfilled what was asked of me, I can only think that maybe this was a test in some way. Although as a human being, I reacted in a human kind of way, I make no apologies’ for the fact I felt disappointed and upset for her uncaring attack on me. Looking back at the situation, I can see that I was there to help, regardless of whether or not it was appreciated. I am evolving and will carry on helping others, and I know there will be many more like her that will upset and disappoint me. My purpose in life is to help those who are reaching out in the darkness for words of comfort and advice, and network globally to spread the word. God is in all of us, he is the beauty all around us, and we should all respect our planet. Love it or lose it. Sometimes we have to travel along life’s rocky road to learn our lessons in life, but when we reach the end or our journey, the rewards will be fantastic. Now, I will go and communicate with the angels. Maybe they will give me some messages that will help me to cope with the disappointments in life. I did not think my journey was going to be easy, but overall, I feel blessed to have met some earth angels and I count Darren Linton as one of them.
